The main islands in the skies of Luftenwelter are:

  • Ilmaat - The political and economical centre, home of the Aegis;
  • Celedril - The Elven homeland;
  • Dvergund - The Dwarven grounds;
  • Skrent - An island of cliffs and precipices, home to dragons and the Airborn;
  • Marraskan - A black market island, last refuge of the scum of the skies;
  • Farled - The gateway island that connects sky and ground;
  • Vankaut - A barren desert, with a thriving port for exotic goods.

Minor islands:

  • Delbaran - Destroyed island on the way to Marraskan
  • Ecco - Trading outpost on the way to Vankaut
  • Tarvis - Headquarter of the pirate Sneaky Detlev
  • Birge Island - Headquarter of the pirate Mighty Matthias
